... I am your host, the original og zero game. On today's exciting episode, we are going to discuss how to protect our community from police harassment and brutality. This is a hot episode. You don't want to miss it. We going to cover a lot, including on how to protect our communities, how to keep surveillance on police at all times and how to patrol our own communities for our own protection and safety. That's what's coming up today on the original guru of good game with your host zero. Welcome to the original guru of good game. I am your host, the original Gurule Zero game, and I want to thank you for coming back and listening, and we're going to get into this hot topic right now, how we can protect ourselves, or at least how we can improve accountability in our communities. Let's see, we have a problem with law enforcement. Now, I'm not saying law enforcement is a bad entity. I'm not saying at all law enforcement officers are inherently bad or violent or vicious or racist or anything like that. I don't even want anybody to, you know, remotely believe that's what I believe, but there is a reality that somebody need to check the police, you know. I mean they have internal affairs, but internal affairs is only called in when there is a problem with the officers procedures or how to handle situations or got in a situation that lawrance internal affairs to do an investigation and that's all find it will. But how does that help in my community? Okay, because we have police who come into our community and for some reason they have an attitude and everybody is a suspect, regardless of who you are. As long as your skin color is not the right skin color, you are a fucking suspect, plane and simple, and when they come in our communities, they automatically look at us as if we already guilty of a crime and they're there to pass judgment and execution if necessary. And as we've seen in this last incident with a George Floyd, most people are calling that an execution. That gentleman who was on his neck. It seemed like he was intending to kill this man one way to other. I don't know what brought about this type of aggression towards him or what did he do when they work together at that nightclub that brought this aggression towards him from this officer. To most people it just looked like it was an execution and he executed him for some reason that we are still unaware of now. It could have been an accident, it could have been a mistake, it could have been he just got a little bit overly aggressive and this was the result of it. But from all the video surveillance that we seen or piece together what mostly we are allowed to see, it all looks like he was intending on executing this man period, and...

...that's just the way it looks now. I could be wrong but, like I said, that's just the way it looks. So, in the spirit of protection and community and trying to curb this violent behavior, did his directed towards the urban community. I've been working on an idea and you know, people let me know if I'm crazy or if it's sounds like crap or you just think I'm batshit crazy. Let me know, because I want to see safety in our communities and I believe that what we need to do is we have to curb police behavior when they come into our community. See they come in our communities and they already got a bad attitude and which manifests in the bad behavior on their part. So we have to figure out a way to curb their actions or their attitude when they come in our community. We have to change the way they think or the way they perceive a community before they come in it. So my proposal and my suggestion and I hope everybody pays attention to this and once again, like I said, if you think it's a crazy idea, let me know. If you think it's a great idea, definitely let me know. But my idea is plain and simple, and what I propose is a community surveillance system, and what I'm talking about is an independent neighborhood surveillance system of cameras and drones, and the purpose of that is cops coming to the neighborhood. Put them fuckers on camera the minute they roll into our neighbor who. We put up a perimeter, we put cameras up on that perimeter. As soon as they come drive in the neighborhood from any street, any access point, they're immediately on camera and then we watch they ask the entire time they in our neighborhood. So this way we can keep a check on who's doing what before they do it. So this way we can keep an eye on all these fuckers when they roll in the neighborhood and we can also contradict any of the bullshit stories they come up with. Is the why they throwing this person on the ground? Why they punching this one in the face? Why they putting a knee on this one neck? Why they choking this person out? And we'll be able to say, see, that's bullshit. They ly in. They trying to make up a story to protect their own and with cameras. Now, far as the cameras go, these are all going to be community control. That means that the police has no access to these cameras, none whatsoever, and that they must come to the community leadership organization or group. However, y'all want to set it up in your community and request that they get access to the surveillance camera, because I personally recommend that we make them public before we make them private. In other words, if we record something and it's an officer doing something wrong, or if, as an officer claiming that the suspect was trying to take their gun or they was trying to tack them or they was fearful, they like this that another. From now on we will have video surveillance of the incident before it happened, while it's happening and after it's happening, instead of just body Cam that was cut off then cut back on, or it was on then it was cut off, or we didn't get to see what led to the officer doing what he doing, or this, that and the other. This will help eliminate that and it will also keep these fuckers in check so they ain't out here just fucking us over whenever they feel like it, because that's pretty much where they're at now. They believe they can do what they want because, why, I'm officer of the law, I have a gun in a badge which it gives me a platinum card to go and fuck...

...over whoever I want to fuck over whenever I want to fuck over them, and ain't shit you can do about it, because if you make a complaint or whatever, ain't gonna going to wear my sergeant, my chief just that another thing. Ain't going to do a damn thing about it, and that's a fucking problem. But, like I said, this will be a community control video camera system and we want to mount these too, privately own hounds and buildings. In other words, there's nothing going to be on public property. So No street lights, no traffic lights, no stop signs, no street signs, nothing that the city has to maintain or control or regulate or have jurisdiction over. Okay, we mount these on our porches, we mount the we put cameras in our front windows, we put them on the side of our houses. We put a flag pole up in front of the House, will put a camera on that. We got a flag pole in the back of the house, will put a camera on that. We got a tree in front of our house or on our property, will put a camera on that. And we keep cameras throughout the neighborhood. I mean I'm talking like putting a camera on every fucking block, on every corner, on as many homes. Is people willing to allow a camera to be stuck on their home? And, more importantly, we want these hard wired into the system. We're going to have wireless but we're going to hard wire the majority of the camera. So, like I said, if it's mounting on somebody's home, it's hard wired into the system from that person's home. If it's mounted on the building, is hard wire the only ones that may be wireless would be the drones some of the cameras that we might mount outside or, you know, just in the local area. That way we can keep a check as to which are wireless which are wired, and we can also keep a little bit of better control over who has access because, see, hard wire they won't be able to just hack in there and change audio or video and delete shit. Wireless possibility. Hard wired now you can get that. So we want a majority of them hard wired and that way that Keye you know, that bullshit from happening. We also want to make sure that all video footage is downloaded to a closed intranet neighborhood system, so it's not accessible by the Internet unless somebody physically goes into the central location and hardwired plug something into another device that would allow it to access to Internet. That way we avoid any hackers stealing a damn thing or changing anything or altering something or deleting something. You'd have to actually be able to go to their break in plug into the system itself in order to make any changes. That will prevent any of this bullshit that might come about because, you know, I said, we got some scandless motherfuckers out here and they will do what they need to do to protect a black day. I was going to say black ass, but see morals like his white ass is killing black ass. But anyway, to protect the ASS, we would need a neighborhood security and safety patrol. Now you must live in the neighborhood in order to be part of this. That means no more. It's getting somebody who lives in the suburbs to come work in the hood. If you don't live in this neighborhood, then you can't be a part of the security and safety patrol. You have to live there. So people know who you are because you live here. People see you every day because you live here. People interact with you at on a daily basis because you live here, not somewhere else did we only see you when you coming in and do your job. Know you live here. So you know the people here. You know the terrain, you know the housing, you know the blocks, the streets, you know the little shortcut paths. You know where the people hustling dope. You know where the people you know...

...women selling Pussy, you know where. You know motherfuckers, you know gambling and you know you know your neighborhood and you know your hood and you know who are the players in the neighborhood and who are the civilians in the neighborhood, and that would be better is somebody walking around patrolling our neighborhood for safety and security that way, because we want you to do more than just look out after the neighborhood. We want you to actually keep an eye on the fucking police. So when they coming in the are they will rest somebody or they look like they about to pull somebody and they about to start some harassment. Then, because of the surveillance system, we want to have some somebody sitting in the control room keep an eye on the cameras. The minute we see a police make an action boom dispatched out to all security and safety neighborhood patrol personnel to immediately go to that area where the police is doing and maintain a presence to watch and observe his actions, as far is them checking for the ID or arresting this person or trying to find who person is, whatever, and keep eye on these fuckers to make sure they not doing something today's supposed to do because apparently their partner is not going to step up and say hey, what you doing is illegal, what you doing is criminal. Stop you going to hurt somebody or you know, just that and other since the partner ain't going to do it, then we need to be in their presence and watching them and doing it and making sure they following proper police procedures and nothing motherfucker going off on their own tandem to do it the way they want to do it or do what they want to do. That shit has got to come to an end. And See, I would recommend actually use an ex cons and gang members to secure the neighborhood. They live there, so why not allow them to be part of the process and helping to secure our neighborhood? Look, y'all, may not like the GAG members or the gang bangers, whatever fuck you want to call them these days, all right, but I recommend conversate with them, sit down, have a meeting with them and say, look, I may not condone your drug dealing and how you making your money, but what I would request is is that we designate an area in our community or our neighborhood and y'all hustle right out of here. Don't be in those schools, don't be the store fronts don't stay right here in this area, and you know, we won't interrupted deter any of your customers coming in. Matter of fact, if we can find an area that has a kind of like private access point, you know, a street that leads to the area that we going designate for them. Just like in Amsterdam they have a red light district. Okay, we should have a red light district in our neighborhood if we got people living in our neighborhood who's selling dope. So instead of them all over the neighborhood, let's designate this certain section. Say Long as Y'all brothers stay in this area, this, that and the other we find, but we going to incorporate some of your techniques and secure in our neighborhood. And one of the things that the game members of the drug gangs, whatever fuck you want to call them, are good at is keeping an eye on the fucking police. They have people stationed on buildings and impartments and standing on corners and this that another. Soon as the police roll into the neighborhood, they whistling, throwing up some signs, letting some pigeons loose, whatever fuck they got to do to inform the others that hey, police are in the neighborhood. Calm everything down, hide everything, you know, whatever. Whatever. We should incorporate that same technique into our neighborhood safety program this way we can surveil the police and, you know, keep eye soon as we see a squad car come in. I mean, because the gangs is so good at this shit they even know when they coming in...

...in private cars dressed in playing clothes. So you might want to sit down and find out how these individuals, or these groups or these gangs are so good at keeping the check on the police as far as surveillance in them, and the rest of us is just ending up with a knee and our neck and dead. And See, by having a security and safety patrol, like I said, when we see the police doing something wrong, we immediately come in and we immediately start, you know, observing. And then, I say, we incorporate some of the Black Panthers techniques, because remember when the Black Panthers was patrolling the neighborhood and this that another. They was just like the white folks. I'm legally able to carry this firearm, I'm illegally able to stand within six feet and observe the officer performing his duties without a rest, and we need to do the same shit. Let the motherfuckers no did yo coming into the neighborhood and putting your hand on your gun and thinking that's going to make everybody bow down and kiss your ass while you abuse us and mistreat us and then end up fucking killing us. That shit's coming to an end, because if two cops roll into the neighborhood start harassing motherfucker or trying to act like they bought to put a foot on his neck with put them in a choke hold or just that, no, especially when the person has committed no crime other than the police just deciding that let's check this motherfuck out and see what he guilty of. Now, person Ain't committing no crime as long as they didn't commit a non violent crime. Now violent crime. You shot somebody, you stabbed somebody. Yet choke hold that motherfucker if that's what it takes to Sedum, but don't choke hold them to death. Sedum handcuff them, put them in the squad car or Patti Wagon or whatever the fuck it is y'all use to transport people to prison and transport they asked the prison. We gotta put a curb on their their behavior, because their behavior is what's out of control. defunding the police, yeah, it sounds good, it makes great for a good chant and a good slogan, but let's get real, what the fuck the fund in the police is going to do for us? If we defund the police, then that means that last one hired first one fired. So all the officers who just now starting out and trying to do the right thing and trying to change the police image and trying to go buy the book and show that they out here to protect and serve the public, then'm going to be the ones fired. And the same races, bigoted, violent, criminalistic type motherfucking cops has been on the force for twenty and thirty years is going to be now the main ones walking around in patrolling our neighborhood and fucking shit up. Well, I should say fucking us up, because that's what they love to do. You know, it's basically open hunting season on black and brown people in this country, both men and women, and I mean we haven't even gotten to the number of Hispanic people that were killed at the hands of the police. Who would choked out, who had a knee on the neck, who were found dead, and they sell that. You know, a lot of that doesn't get reported on the news. Only because that, I believe in this is my opinion. I believe because that the Hispanic community has been getting such a disparaging image portray to them because of the people coming up, you know, to the border, trying to get asylum and, you know, basically just trying to have a decent life. So that's might be the reason why the media doesn't focus enough on the Hispanic community to suffering the same shit to the black community, and that because we live in a society who like to keep us separated and at each other's throats. As long as they can keep the black in the brown separated, then the white people can keep pushing this notion that they are the majority race in this country, when the truth is Hispanic and blacks dwarf the entire...

...white population. So individually there's more white people than black people. There's more white people to Hispanic people individually. But if we as a group, black and Brown, decided to become a quote of you know, basically a united voting block in this country, then we would change the actual land face of the very government that seeks to oppress in you know, exploit us, and that shit scares the fuck out of white people, not all white people, because if you pay attention to the protest for George Floyd and police brutality and this, that and the other, and the equality and all the stuff, black lives matter, all this stuff, this out there. If you pay attention to what the media is allowing you see on TV, even though they have no control over how they record this stuff, there's just as many white people marching alongside the black people as it is black people marching for their own cause. And that Shit is scaring the hell out of them. And that's what's changing the landscape. And, you know, the whole conversation is changed because it's more white people out there protesting than they ever been before, and that scares them because like, Holy Shit, man, those you know, we can't run the white white is right, black is wrong, Hispanic is wrong. Vote for us will protect you from the evil Hispanics and blacks and this, that and the other. Now it's like as shit, ain't working. The younger generation like Shit, hell, I'm fucking a black person or I'm fucking a Hispanic person. So why should I be lily white or and follow the white is right multi when I'm laid up in the bed with somebody I actually love? This a different race and color, and that's what we got to get this shit, you know, to the forefront so that they can be the ones who are now set in policy and running the government, running agencies and running cities and this, that and other, and get these bigoted old school races fuckers the fuck out of office and out of positions of power. That should be the main focus. Now back to the community surveillance system, you know, I just had to get that in there. But now we need a council. This doesn't that will control the entire community surveillance system. Then you pick out who your council members want to be. I suggest that they work on a rotating council schedule. In other words, like say you got twelve members of the council and their job is strictly to keep an eye on the surveillance to make sure that all the surveillance equipment is properly working and the intranet is working properly. Any upgrades, updates, this, that and the other. They're also there to make sure that you know schedule the those that are work on the community security and safety pro patrol and you know they're also, you know, there to help implement any programs or you know that we might arise from this, because I'm looking for people to add to this. You know anything that I'm saying now, if you feel that I'm saying it wrong or there's a better way to do it, I want to hear it. So I'm encouraging everybody go to the website og good Gamecom, hit the voicemail button and leave me a message and if you want, you can now call me directly, and that's the new thing I'm implementing, but you can call me directly at one six, two, two, two eight, one six and nine, and you can speak to me directly or leave a voice message. But I'm looking forward to hearing from people on this one. So the council. Back to the council now. The council is...

...members must be elected. That means that people in the neighborhood must choose you and elect you into that position. You don't just get to raise your hands I'll be a member because you think you got the good job or you got good money on this. That is irrelevant and we need a mix young it. I mean at least you had to be eighteen years old in order to be elected on to the council. So that means we need some eighteen year olds all the way up to ninety year olds to sit on the council. We need a diversity of age groups. That means young people get involved, Middle Age people get involved, older people get involved, and this way they can all sit now and hear each other's how they see things in the community and what things they would like to see in the community, and then they can find common ground to work together and then understand each other better on their differences, to realize that you probably ain't got as bigger difference as you think. But that's the way our society pushes things. Now the council. When I say rotating Leadership Council, what I'm basically saying is that every six months a new council is elected. Now previous council members can be renominated and re elected, but the whole premises is that we want to keep in rotating so we don't never have one person or one group of people sitting in a position of ultimate power and then you know, as they always say, you power corrupts, but ultimate power corrupts absolutely. So we don't want none of them with absolute power that they will be absolutely corrupted by their power. That's why we have the rotating schedule. You warned for six months. Then we get around to the going to the people and the community and, you know, nominate people or re nominate somebody, and then the pick doing people of the community didn't make their decision in their election and Bam and we put it on out there. So that's just how we should do the council. Now we also want this to be privately funded by the community and from a community renewable energy project. This is how we going to pay for these cameras, this is how we going to pay people to do the surveillance, this how we going to pay people to be on the security and safety patrol, and we'll even have a little something to kick off to those who work and sit on the council. So I recommend we start a Gofund me page to help fund this, to get the equipment we need. Black people, now I need you all to step up to the plate. Call up them rappers, them singers, them, NBA players, them nfl players, then Major League baseball players, all these fucking celebrities and actors and all of this. They need to kick in on this. We need to ask them. Can you kick in on this? Even go to your local neighborhood drug dealer and ask him to throw in a couple of hundred dollars or a couple of grand here and there so we can put this program into place, which means did. It's going to be less cops kicking in your fucking door and harassing you. And because you know, nowadays the cops don't even arrest the drug dealers. They go, they trap them up against the wall if they you know, at least one standing on the corner, and they'll roll up on them, they'll get them all up against the wall, they'll take the money and then don't arrest them, just leave them get all right, you know, because we ain't got no drugs on you. But you got to come downtown of claim your money, knowing that they ain't about to come down there and put in a request for some money, because then they got to explain where the fuck I got fivezero dollars in my pocket. I got no job in no high school diploma. Time for Shakedown, because that's basically what some of them doing. They doing a fucking shakedown. So we need to put a stop to...

...that Shit. If your salary ain't good enough, get another fucking job, get into another line of work, find a career, do something else other than to keep trying to shake down the drug dealers and then sit around on your ass getting high off of the weed you just took off on. So our community funded project will be, you know, privately funded this. You know we need to speak to our people. Are Wealthy and will to do people, but I didn't seeing some Gofund me pages, persons say I need an operation on my knee. Boom, hundred, two, hundred, three hundred thousand and they go fund me account. So I'm expecting that if we put a goal fund me account or crowd funding or whatever it is, these online funding sources things that they use nowadays, we utilize any of them or all of them, then we should be able to get at least a hundred thousand dollars per neighborhood at the very least. People truly believe in their safety and security in their community, they will get out here and they will use the gift the gap and get the popping them chops and speaking to people and talking to people, knock on doors, whatever you got to do. Go to local businesses this in the community, ask them to help fund this program to where we can increase the safety and see this is not just for us. This surveillance program actually helps the police. So now when they do come into neighborhood and, let's say they got a call for domestic servants or fight or some kind of violent crime, now that we have cameras set up, we can actually say, yes, that person tried to shoot that officer. Yes, that person attack that officer. Yes, that person try to do something violent towards that officer and the officer was justified in their response to that violence. See, that works for them more than it you know, just as much as it works for us. One it keeps them from being accused of something they didn't do and have video proof to say, see, I didn't do what they said I did and at the same time it protects us from officers who choose to come into our communities and say, well, you know what, I'm having a bad fucking day, I'm going to take it out on you and I'm going to say you did this and you did that and I'm gonna fuck you up. Now we got proof to say, nope, none of that ever happened. Nope, nobody did that. And I recommend that we also make sure these cameras have audio, high quality, high death audio, so we can actually hear somebody shit this me and said. And with the community safety and neighbor and security and safety patrol, they all, well, everybody got a cell phone with a camera on it, so their job is to hurry up, show up, rifle on back or legally carry hun on hip, just like the police, with a neighborhoods security and safety patrol shirt or vest on, and they'll say we are here to make sure that procedures are properly followed and also, to you know, document this arrest or whatever it is they fucking doing, and break out the cameras and start, you know, filming them from every angle. And I even say we need to put up signs, a big sign on every entrance way, every street that leads into that community. There should be a sign posted up on the corner stating that once you cross this point, you are under twenty four hour seven day a week video surveillance. I believe that will curb a lot of these bad behaviors. When a motherfucking know did shit. Soon as we rolled up in this motherfucker, they watching us. Dude on the roof picked us out and was on the phone calling everybody up, and then the safety patrol is boom out and cameras ready. Gun on hip or gun on...

...the shoulder, how else they carried the fucking rifle or whatever, just like the Black Panthers used to do. We need to implement that same procedure. Get y'all not going to just come up in here, put your gun, your hand on your on your gun and then order us all around like we just fucking cattle or some kind of peon sheet that you can, you know, piss on anytime you feel like it and you can do whatever you want. No more of that Shit. That badge does not give you the right to do whatever the fuck you want to do. Now, when people say defund the police, I still think that's a crazy ass idea, but I do understand where the sentiment is coming from and I understand as to how they talking about the funding the police. Military style weapons need to be gone and that money did we spending on the military style weapons need to be spent on proper training, body cameras so we can coordinate the body camera, the patrol car camera, with the community camera and the city's traffic camera. So we got all that evidence there. There's you know, like I said, these motherfuckers will stop doing that bad behavior put into place systems and procedures that can help to turn or change that bad behavior. Back to the funding part of this, because I know I get a little bit off topic sometimes because you know, I get a little bit passionate about this shit and I get a little bit off topic sometimes, and it's so much that we need to do that. Sometimes it just, you know, kind of hard to stay linear with all the stuff this be falling us. Funding. This also require us to create our own form of funding, and that's where the community energy project comes in. We start putting up solar panels in our neighborhood, we start putting up a wind turbines, you know the the low height wind turbines, you know the vertical ones. I mean they got wind turbines. Now they're made to look exactly like a tree. Yes, a tree and the leaves are the ones that spends around safe for birds, say, for all you know, the environment and creatures and all that Shit that you know, the humane society wanted to make sure because they have a problem with the windmills, the wind turbines, saying that they harmful the birds. But I'm kind of like, well, Damn, you got to be a stupid ass bird to see this big ass damn blade spinning and it doesn't spend that fast to begin with, and then fly your ass right into it. So you need to ask yourself why the bird so stupid? Or is it just a certain species of bird? I don't know, but that's what they claiming. But Anyway, community and energy project with renewable energy. See what we'll do is we'll put in solar panels, will put them in houses, will put them in backyards, will put them in front yards, put them wherever in our community, those who live in the community that willing allow these things to be put up. And that energy that we get from that renewable energy, that solar energy and that wind energy, we going to sell it either to the people in the community at a flat rate. That means no more up and down energy bill. You get a flat rate bill period. It never goes up, it never goes now, it stays exactly the same amount. I figure between fifty and seventy five a month should be more than enough to compensate for any of things we need as far as paying salaries and buying equipment and maintaining the system, and that should be low enough. Did anybody living in the community or the neighborhood can afford it to where they don't have to have the fear of I'm going to be in the dark or I'm a being the cold because I ain't got the two three hundred dollars to pay the light company and they about to come cut my shit off. This way you never have to...

...go through that fear again. Now the excess energy we going to sell, let directly to the Power Company, as stated by the law. So we sell that energy, that excess energy, back to the power company and either they'll give it to us in a cash payment or they'll give it to us as a credit. Now, if it's a credit, we can sell that credit on the open market, the exchange marketing, you know, Stock Market Shit, as renewable energy credits, and in other corporations all buy them and this, or we can just come up with our own energy credits and sell them directly to the companies ourselves, you know, when they want to go green and all, set they quirement footprint. You know, we just feed that Shit back into the grid. Now that revenue should be more than enough to help cover this community surveillance system program also with being able to help cover the cost of mounting to privately owned homes and buildings, and that's going to bring employment into our community mountain and maintaining these systems. That she covered the cost of setting up our closed Internet system, intranet, I'm sorry, in trandet system, not the Internet and Trendet, and it should cover the cost of, you know, hiring individuals to set the system up, along with paying individuals to maintain and monitor the system. We can get a lot out of that community energy project. But the main thing we need to do about that community energy project is we need to create a community currency back by that renewable energy. That means we create our own currency, stay in the neighborhood hood, spent in the neighborhood and control by those that live in the neighborhood. So this money will won't leave the neighborhood. It'll stay in the neighborhood and we get more of our community members and our family and friends and our neighbors to switch over more to the, you know, community currency. It could help eliminate that income inequality gap by creating our own income instead of sitting up here waiting on this little trickle down economic bullshit. Let's just create our own shit until these motherfuckers by keep your shit. It Ain't worth as much as my shit anyway. So these are just some of the ideas I came up with for community surveillance system to help protect us from police brutality and to help curve bad behavior amongst the police and at the same time, protect the police and protect ourselves. I hope more people and anybody who listened in on this. I hope you see the vision, or at least the idea, that I'm trying to Protroit portray here.
